Online Automotive Sales Executive

Description
The UpShift Digital sales team is looking for energetic, results oriented outside sales professionals with proven strategic and consultative sales experience. Using self-generated contacts, referrals and leads provided from UpShift Digital?s network websites, you will grow revenue by selling ResponseLogix products to franchise car dealers. In additional, you will help retain satisfied, loyal customers after the sale.
This position is a contract sales position offering the opportunity for a highly competitive sales acquisition fee and monthly commissions. This position also offers the ability to work remotely from a home office.
Responsibilities
- Cold call prospects over the phone and in-person in an assigned sales territory
- Sell ResponseLogix SmartQuote, SmartFollow and SmartFacts products to key decision makers (GM and Owner level)
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue growth targets
- Keep detailed records of interaction with prospects and existing customers
- Maintain a strong relationship with the dealership after the sale, particularly at the GM/Owner level, and keep them fully updated on the activation process
- Work with dealers and vendors to collect necessary franchise information needed to launch customers on products. Enter all data into Salesforce.com
- Achieve high customer satisfaction scores based on dealer surveys
- Work in concert with Account Managers and Professional Services teams to ensure customers are highly satisfied with our products and services
- Provide ongoing product feedback from the field with solutions where possible
- Bring an entrepreneurial, proud team spirit to work each day
- Facilitate/coordinate in-dealer product training
- Travel locally
Requirements
- Proven track record selling products to automobile dealerships at the GM/Owner levels
- Mastery of sales pipelines, sales cycles and activity needed to continuously achieve and/or exceed sales targets
- Entrepreneurial ?can do? attitude
- Successful track record, aggressively growing and retaining business in a designated territory
- Excellent oral, written, analytical and listening skills
- Superior presentation skills in front of small and large audiences
- Ability to successfully cold-call over the phone and in-person
- Strong networking attributes and ability to create a positive regional brand reputation
- Passionate about the delivery of world-class service before, during and after the sale
- High degree of integrity with both internal and external customers
- Superior organization and territory management skills
- Self starter with the ability to successfully operate in a contract sales environment with out-of-state management team
- Above average computer skills are essential
- Advertising, software and marketing services sales a plus
- BA/BS degree preferred
